This is a TEAM position only.
Start as company drivers for the first 3-week paid probation period.
We assess:
āļø Performance
āļø Communication with dispatch
āļø Truck care
ā After 3 weeks, successful teams are assigned a truck
ā Option to become Owner Operators
ā Drive 22,000 miles as your truck down payment
ā”ļø No out-of-pocket costs
ā Once miles are completed (and any stipends repaid), shift to 90/10 revenue split
