Responsibilities:
- Operate a Volvo semi-truck equipped with a 53-foot dry van trailer.
- Pick up and deliver freight to designated destinations.
- Ensure compliance with customer delivery requirements and specifications.
- Adhere to all DOT and FMCSA regulations.
- Compliance with Hours-of-Service regulations using Motive tracking software.
- Physically perform the duties of the driver position, such as getting in and out of the vehicle, completing pre-trip inspections and keeping the truck clean.
Qualifications:
- Valid CDL-A.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Hold a valid DOT medical long form and certificate.
- Have a clean driving record with minimal violations.
- Have not failed or refused a DOT drug or alcohol screen in the last 5 years.
- Be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Have at least 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience within the last 3 years.
- Have not switched more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Proficiency with Electronic Logbook.
- Maintain a polite and professional attitude.
