We are a smaller family based fleet in Jacksonville, FL looking for some dedicated drivers that have experience with dry van over the road. We need honest drivers looking to put in the effort to earn their money. Pay is .60cpm zip code to zip code empty and loaded. Compensation is on 1099 form. We do not go west past Texas into the western states (AZ, CA, OR, WA, etc) and don't goto NYC/Island. We are also open to having your spouse go on the road with you. Must be willing to drive 2,500 + miles per week. We usually bring you home every weekend.. head out Monday and loading on Friday to FL. If you want to keep running, we can keep you going. We take care of our drivers and listen to your needs. If you need to come home, we bring you, if you need some time off.. we just ask to let us know when you are ready to head back out again.
After 6 months you receive a week vacation paid or can take a $500.00 bonus whenever.
After 12 months you receive 2 weeks vacation or can take a $1000.00 bonus.

These are the qualification you must meet:
• Must be at least 25 years of age.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience OTR
• Meet all Federal Motor Carrier qualifications with proper CDL endorsements
• Have no preventable accidents involving fatality and bodily injuries or disabling damage to vehicle within last 3 years
• No more than 4 moving violations in last 3 years
• No more than 2 moving violations in last 12 months
• No convictions for serious or disqualifying traffic violations within last 3 years (speeding over 15, hit and run, driving under influence, improper lane changes, reckless driving)
