🚛 CDL Student Driver Program – Recent Grads Welcome 🚛
Just graduated CDL school? Ready to start your OTR career with structured training and real support? This program is built to move you from student to 1st Seat driver the right way.
✅ Who Qualifies
Graduated from a verifiable Truck Driving School (TDS) within the last 12 months
Have less than 3 months of driving experience
📘 Student Program Overview
Once approved, students attend a minimum 7-day onboarding class in Tontitown, AR, where you will:
Meet key departments and company leadership
Complete a driving skills evaluation
Receive additional training if needed
Receive a $100 food stipend
We make every effort to pair students with a mentor immediately after onboarding.
Female Mentorship Available
Female trainees are paired with female mentors to ensure a professional, comfortable, and supportive training environment.
Mentor Phase
Minimum 10 days with a mentor
Paid $75 per day during mentor training
Real over-the-road experience
After mentor sign-off, students complete:
Backing evaluation
Pre-trip inspection
Road test
Once approved by Safety, drivers are upgraded to 1st Seat status.
