We are seeking experienced drivers to operate 26-foot box truck commercially over the road. We prefer drivers who can spend 3 weeks minimum over the road. Driver will be responsible for some loading, unloading, and operating a company-owned vehicle and logging electronic driving record. The ideal candidate will be safe and compliant over the road. Must be familiar with hours of service and how to correctly track your hours while operating.
We have multiple positions open. Can start immediately.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Operate a 26-foot box truck.
Clearly communicate and escalate all issues
Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle, including regular cleaning of the interior, keeping the vehicle dry and tidy, and ensuring that all equipment is in working order.
Perform daily pre-trip inspections of the equipment and complete and submit all shipping documents.
Driving within compliance of all regulations at all time.
Be on-time for pick up and drop off
Clearly communicate and escalate all issues
Qualifications:
Must have at least 3 years of proven commercial trucking experience.
Must have valid license.
Must have clean driving record. (NO SPEEDING, NO TICKETS, NO SAP)
Must have satisfactory background check.
Must have DOT medical card.
Must have recent MVR
Must be able to pass driving test
Must be able to pass drug test
