As I said in my original ad, the furnace did not work and I had an appointment to have it fixed. On the way there, a tire belt separated and the tire lost air. I was very close to the repair facility so I limped on in. After the furnace repair, they changed the wheel with the spare. At that time they advised me that the roof should be resealed and recoated from front to back so I arranged to have it done the next week at a cost of $ 2,024.00 and then drove straight to Discount Tire and had 4 new top of the line American made Goodyear Endurance ST 225/75R-15 tires installed and returned home. Now I am relisting the RV Toy Box for sale and feel it is ready to go up and down the road safely and now everything is in great working order. I am still asking the same price that was first listed. In Oct. of 2019 this toy box sold for $41,023. It was custom made for an individual at a factory in Mesa, AZ. A customer chooses a length and floorplan, then adds all the appliances, cabinetry, features and accessories they desire. This one was ordered with an 18' box, several extra extended cabinets top and bottom, extra large shower, 10 gallon gas/electric water heater, remote control 15,000 BTU air conditioner with heat strip, an 8 CF 2 way refrigerator, extra 110 v and USB outlets throughout, upgraded 5200 lb axles with 5-15" tires and mag wheels, convection microwave, 3 heated tanks, fold away ladder, security lights on 4 sides, radio with am/fm/cd/dvd/usb with bluetooth and subwoofer, rear privacy screen wall, black tank flush, fantastic fan in kitchen, cell phone booster, back up camera and monitor, electric awning w/ aluminum shield, electric tongue jack, exterior shower, outside 110 volt outlet, spare tire carrier w/crank up-down feature, 4 stabilizer jacks, battery cutoff switch, twin propane bottles w/cover, new battery, LED TV, TV antenna, dirt dauber screens, electric up/down bed (short queen), built in pantry, all interior lights are LED.

The interior looks like new and is very clean. This toy box is 8 & 1/2' wide outside and very tall inside. Everything works except the furnace and I have an appointment Monday 21 July to have it fixed. Other than that, it needs a good cleaning and waxing outside.
