We have an opening for an Underground Construction Pipelayer for a local Jacksonville construction company.
We are looking for someone who can lay pipe for storm or sanitation sewers, drains, and water mains. He or she must have a minimum of 3 years experience. Any of the following tasks may be performed: grading trenches or culverts, positioning pipes, and sealing joints. Applicant should be able to operate power driven pumps, read a tape measure, and use hand or power tools. Applicant will be expected to work as a member of a team and adhere to safety procedures. Applicant must be at least 18 years of age. Applicant must also have own transportation as projects can be located throughout Northeast Florida.
