We’re seeking a hands-on, motivated on-site team to help revitalize and manage a multifamily community in Jacksonville, Florida.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Property Manager and Maintenance Technician (couple or pair) who want to make a lasting impact and take ownership of a property that needs strong leadership, care, and commitment.

PROPERTY MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee all day-to-day operations, leasing, collections, and resident relations.
• Market and lease apartments to qualified applicants; maintain strong occupancy.
• Conduct move-ins, move-outs, inspections, and renewals.
• Supervise vendors and coordinate all maintenance work orders.
• Enforce community rules and ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws.
• Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and assist with budgeting.
• Deliver excellent customer service to residents while maintaining professionalism.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in multifamily property management or leasing.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Yardi property management systems.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform daily maintenance tasks (plumbing, electrical, painting, appliance repair).
• Complete make-ready turns to prepare vacant units for new residents.
• Maintain property grounds and curb appeal.
• Respond promptly to service requests and emergencies.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory in good working order.
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of apartment or facilities maintenance experience.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Must have tools, transportation, valid drivers license and auto insurance
