Responsibilities
Read and interpret construction plans, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute framing projects.
Construct frameworks using various materials such as wood, metal studs, and concrete forms.
Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and machinery safely to perform framing tasks efficiently.
Measure dimensions accurately using tape measures and other tools to ensure proper fit and alignment of structures.
Collaborate with construction management teams to adhere to project schedules and safety standards while maintaining quality craftsmanship.
Experience
Proven experience in construction site environments with a focus on frame carpentry or related trades.
Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and construction plans.
Skilled in rough framing,trim carpentry, and roofing techniques.
Familiarity with rough framing,siding installation, and remodeling projects.
Demonstrated capability in dimensional measurements and working with various hand tools and power tools.
Prior experience in construction management or supervising teams is advantageous but not required.
