Job Requirements
• Must have small engine repair knowledge.
• Must be able to operate computers to look up parts.
• Customer Service – Speak with customers to determine what they need.
• Experience with Lawn Mowers (4 Stroke)
• Experience with Handheld Equipment (2 Stroke)
• Ability to work on all brands, makes, and models.
• Must have own tools.
Compensation Details
• Starting pay: $20-$25 depending on experience.
• Pay raises based on performance, knowledge, and production.
Job Responsibilities
• MUST MEET DAILY QUOTAS and turn out equipment.
• MUST MEET or EXCEED WEEKLY QUOTAS.
Work Environment
• Inside shop with AC
