High End Cabinetmaker / Finish Carpenter Journeyman
A locally established of architectural millwork firm focusing in the North and South areas of Florida.
We specialize in custom high-end cabinetry / millwork installations and casework installations in
remodels and new construction. We offer above average competitive wages and we are looking for
talented, highly motivated cabinetmakers of all levels to join our team for long term. We offer paid

Requirements
-Minimum 5 years’ professional experience in the woodworking industry.
-A great attitude. Strong work ethic, and the ability to work as part of a team.
-Must be fully tooled with hand tools - No exceptions.
-Must have good problem solving skills.
-Must pass industry certification requirements.
-Strong knowledge of safety practices is a must.
-Must be proactive, punctual, reliable and responsible.
-Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
-Must be able to perform physical labor & be able to lift at least 60 lbs.
-Must live within a reasonable radius of Jacksonville area.
-This position will report directly to General Foreman and/or Project Manager.
-Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
-Strong attention to detail, ability to follow direction and project schedules.
-Must have the ability to read and understand plans thoroughly.
-A strong sense of urgency and initiative.
-Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to confidently and decisively act.
