SGS Technologie is a growing software development & Consulting firm looking for experienced and open-minded Client Coordinator/Business Development Manager to join our firm in Jacksonville, FL
• Experience with customer interaction and building relationships
• Experience in information technology and the ability to discuss technology solutions with technical clients
• Key traits: Energetic, competitive, confident, persistent, strong desire to succeed
• Should have proven track record of working with system integrators, large consulting firms, implementation partners, direct end-customers, MSP*s etc.
• Must be a self starter and hungry for success
• Self-motivated with self-confidence and patience and a strong desire to exceed expectations
• Have a track record of success in providing positive communication, proper account/client relationship management and be in constant relentless pursuit of new business
• Bachelor's Degree in comparable field preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered
• Expect to travel to visit prospects, customers, and attend client meetings
• Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills
• Acts as the primary point of contact for our clients. Maintains contact and builds the client relationship by follow-up and constant interaction.
• Work with the recruiting team to coordinate efforts on candidates submitted/feedback, interview process and offers.
• Processes applicant through the new hire process. Make sure client expectations and policies are met.
• Coordinates interviews between candidates and our clients. Monitors placement to assure satisfaction for both the client and the consultants.
• Ensure the placement levels meet or exceed company goal.
• For all starts and interviews: meet consultants to introduce to client.
