Private Room & Bathroom Wanted — Ready to Move June 3rd

Hello neighbors,

I am looking for a private room with a private bathroom in the Jax Beach area. I am ready to move in as early as June 3rd.

I am one person, male, 75 years old, retired, active, healthy, respectful, and dependable. I receive steady Social Security income, so I can pay my rent on time. I am also planning to find a job and stay productive.

I have a clean record and a Florida Real Estate License. I am quiet, responsible, drug-free, alcohol-free, and a non-smoker.

If you need help around the house, I am also willing to assist. I can help with errands, cleaning, maintenance, organizing, cooking, caregiving, security, property assistance, and many other tasks from A to Z.

I am looking for a peaceful, stable place where I can live respectfully and be useful if needed.
