GODLY SECURITY AGENCY LIC#B1100278 are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee the safety and security operations of our facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security protocols, conflict management, and surveillance techniques. As a Security Supervisor, you will lead a team of security personnel, ensure compliance with safety policies, and respond effectively to incidents. This role requires excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations professionally.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate security staff to ensure effective coverage of all security posts
Monitor surveillance systems such as CCTV to detect suspicious activities and ensure safety protocols are followed
Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify potential security risks or hazards
Respond promptly to security incidents, including emergencies, conflicts, or breaches of policy
Manage conflict resolution and enforce company policies related to loss prevention and safety
Maintain detailed incident reports and communicate findings to management
Oversee access control procedures and verify credentials of visitors and employees
Provide first aid or CPR when necessary and coordinate with emergency services as needed
Train new security personnel on surveillance equipment, conflict management, and emergency procedures
Experience

Proven experience in law enforcement, military security, or private security operations
Knowledge of surveillance systems such as CCTV and other monitoring tools
Strong background in conflict management, loss prevention, and emergency response procedures
Certifications in first aid, CPR, or related safety training are highly desirable
Experience in managing or supervising security teams is preferred
Familiarity with security protocols related to law enforcement standards is advantageous
