1.Gate repair Technician
We are looking for an Experienced individual to repair and maintain our automatic entrance gate at our apartment complexes.
Duties include.
Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical gate issues
Troubleshooting keypad and remote access system
Performing routine maintenance
Ensuring gate is functional and secure all the time
Qualifications:
Experience with automatic gates or access control systems
Own tools preferred
Reliable and responsive
2.Security Camera Technician
Seeking a skilled technician to install and or troubleshoot CCTV and security cameras around the property.
Duties Include:
Installing and configurating security cameras
Running wires and connecting to Dvr/Nrv systems
diagnosing camera and connectivity issues
Qualifications
Experience with camera systems
Attentions to detail and safety
Ability to work independently
