Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) is looking for reliable and motivated individuals to join our Production and Warehouse team at the Jacksonville Full-Line Plant.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production machinery.
- Assemble and prepare corrugated packaging materials.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Handle, move, and stack materials safely.
- Keep detailed production records and follow safety standards.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production goals.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must provide a valid photo ID for facility security clearance before interview.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
- Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred (training available).
- Willingness to work overtime or weekend shifts when needed.
