There is enough space for about 3 vehicles. Extra vehicle will not be allowed to be stored on the property.
Utilities are included in the rent along with Wifi.
Renter must be clean and drama free. No smoking. This is a shared area so being able to work well with others is mandatory.
Move in is first month and last month rent. That total is $1,200.
Prior to move in, full payment must be made to the owner. Do not rent/fill out applications if you do not speak to me directly. There are many scams out there, please be careful.
I am in no rush to fill the rooms with the wrong individuals. Please do not contact me to argue, fight, complain about the prices, make demands, or change my mind.
Renters will need to fill out a lease that binds them for 12 months. Proof of residency and identity is required. Proof of income is required and must be verified prior to move in.
Home is located by Home Depot, Lowe's, Dollar Tree, Win Dixie, Wal Mart, Publix, and a list of many others. 24 hour gym within 1 mile.
This is 5 minutes drive west of Riverside King Street area. About 10 minutes west of downtown. It is not close to the beach. That is about 40 minutes away.
