Currently occupied by a couple in the master bedroom. The living space is furnished and the kitchen is functional with a dishwasher. Washer and dryer in unit. Trash valet. The apartment is on the second floor.
Rent each month includes water, sewer, and trash. Internet is $60 split in half, and electric is split (generally running $70 each).
You would be required to apply through the complex after meeting with us and making sure we are a good fit. The website has all that info.
The current lease runs until late April.
