We’re in a nice safe neighborhood on quiet street at the end of a cul de sac. Great neighbors. Within walking distance of gym, grocery, food, convenience store, etc. Less than a mile of 3 waterfront parks, hiking/running trails/exercise paths, golf course, tennis court, fishing piers, boat launch, etc. On bus line. Large fenced in back yard, nice outdoor space with plenty of patio furniture, extra large grill, fire pit, space for gardening, good privacy. Cozy, comfy home - always keeps good vibes.
