I'm looking for a one person, who doesn't want to pay the cost of an unfurnished apartment and rather live in a furnished room for rent.
The room is completely furnished.
You will be residing with 2 other mature single adults and must have the decency to pick up after yourself and keep your area clean (We all have to do our part to live together).
The household is non smoking.
You must be an animal lover.
Once again, this is for single-occupancy. No couples.
Rent is $900 a month.
First and last months rent required to move in.(Kernan and JTB neighborhood).
All utilities are included. 6 month minimum lease $900.00 or month to month $950.00
There is no entertainment package for TV. We are both streamers and have our own TV service.
I would also like to mention: this is a family neighborhood but extremely quiet. We are NOT party people nor do we blare our music loudly if ever.
My Home is completely furnished and recently renovated.
You are welcome to use the kitchen, patio, laundry room, outdoor grill and swimming pool.
Regardless, you must pass a background check.
My home and neighborhood is located in a great location and is extremely safe, but for safety reasons I have to be careful and you should be as well.
