Bedroom for rent in peaceful 4 bed/2bath home. Month-to-Month or Long-Term options available. The rooms are currently furnished, however you can bring your own furniture if you prefer. The house is in a super safe, centrally-located neighborhood in the Southside area, just a quick drive to everything Jax has to offer.
Room 1 ($560/mo.) - Queen Bed, Recliner, Large Desk, Smart TV, & dresser/closet.
ROOMMATES : We love living here! Ideally, we're looking for someone in the college/20s/30s age ranges. Open to all genders but please note the bathroom shared. We keep a clean, calm, no-drama vibe in the house and you must do the same to be a good fit. We're all friendly, but mostly keep to ourselves. We'll occasionally chat or hang out in the living room/kitchen but for the most part we live independent lives and respect each others' peace and privacy.
House Rules:
- Must sign lease (Flexible Terms)
- Must pay deposit before moving in, which will be returned to you in full as long as there is NO DAMAGE and you give the AGREED UPON NOTICE before moving out
- NO PETS
- NO COUPLES - This room is for ONE PERSON
- NO SMOKING INSIDE - I'm 420-friendly but we don't smoke inside (however we do have an outdoor patio that's fair game). If you're a heavy cigarette smoker please don't inquire as it won't be a good fit for you.
