Hi my name Jon, I am a hardworking, reliable, open-minded, dependable, trustworthy, drama and drug free person. I am 38 years old. I have been in the construction industry for ten + years. I would call myself a carpenter/roofer because I love working with wood. I have a lot of passion and integrity in my work.

I can read and understand site ready plans and have good knowledge of Florida codes for roofs. Working long hours on ladders , scaffolding, roofs are no problem. High heights do not scare me. My strongest area of work is exterior carpenter (roofing, soffit, fascia and siding, wood rot (WDO), doors and windows.) whether it is a small repair or a full scale re-roof or siding job. I am also a good interior carpenter. All kinds of trim (crown included), hardwood floors, and cabinets.
I have a clean record/ no felonies and can pass a background check and gain access to both navy bases. Smartphone capably to send and receive emails, work orders, time logs, materials list and pictures. I am in good shape and have no problem lifting over 100 pounds. I show up on time every time and don't call out. I can provide references if needed to both customers and previous employers.
