What You’ll Do:
• Perform light, periodic oversight of assigned corporate properties (check-ins, vendor access, brief reports)
• Option to receive buyer leads generated from corporate listings
• Continue your own real estate business fully and independently
• Additional compensation available for agents who assist with expanded property management duties
• No prior corporate-owned seller-side experience required
Ideal Candidate:
• Currently licensed in the State of Florida
• Actively practicing either part-time or in a supplemental/side-business capacity
• Independent, flexible, reliable, and trustworthy
• Comfortable following established procedures with minimal supervision
• Interested in building a steady, relationship-based business stream
• Must carry own Errors & Omissions Insurance
Agents must affiliate with our brokerage to represent corporate-owned assets.
