Your job: Outreach and contract former homeowners to have us recover their funds from the Government.
When a homeowner can’t pay their mortgage, or their property taxes; their home will end up in a foreclosure auction sale. If the property sells for more than what’s owed to the Bank or the Government, the extra money (called surplus funds), legally belongs to the former homeowner.
