Locally owned and operated manufactured housing sales dealership, 31 years in business.
ISO dedicated applicant with willingness to use their common sense for everyday practice, have a positive & happy demeanor, and work ethic must be excellent, no exceptions. Must be able to MULTI-Task and retain information.
Job entails (but not limited to) answering phones, project and construction management, taking messages, faxing, high volume of email, customer service, communication with lenders, factory & contractors. Computer & Email skills are a must - PDF, Save, Save As, organizational skills are 100% necessary. Must be forward thinking and motivated. Experience NOT required. Looking for long term hire - others need not apply.
