We are seeking an experienced, customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team at a professionally managed apartment community. This position is ideal for a motivated individual with strong sales and customer service skills who enjoys building relationships and creating a positive experience for prospective and current residents.

Responsibilities
Conduct apartment tours and showcase community amenities to prospective residents
Respond to phone, email, and in-person leasing inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Process rental applications, lease agreements, renewals, and resident documentation
Build and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective residents
Assist with resident relations and provide exceptional customer service
Coordinate with vendors and support day-to-day office operations
Maintain accurate resident files and ensure compliance with Fair Housing guidelines
Assist with marketing initiatives and occupancy goals
Complete administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of apartment leasing experience required
Working knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations
Experience with OneSite or Yardi property management software preferred
Strong sales, customer service, and closing skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Professional appearance with a positive, energetic attitude
Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented
Ability to work weekends as needed
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
