🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing:
• Lead, coach, and develop our customer-facing teams to ensure every interaction is smooth, consistent, and memorable.
• Train team members on communication, presentation, and service standards that align with the Double A brand.
• Collaborate closely with installation, service, and dispatch teams to ensure seamless customer journeys from first call to final follow-up.
• Monitor KPIs, service trends, and customer feedback to proactively improve performance and satisfaction.
• Resolve escalated issues with empathy and expertise, protecting customer relationships while supporting business goals.
• Represent Double A with professionalism, warmth, and a relentless commitment to top-tier customer care.

💼 What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in Customer Experience, Service Management, or a similar leadership role (HVAC industry experience preferred but not required).
• Strong communication and coaching skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to simplify complex information and guide customers and team members with clarity.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, self-managed environment.
• Motivated, dependable, and passionate about elevating the customer journey.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
