We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Coordinator to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing construction progress from start to finish in a timely and cost-effective manner. Your key responsibilities will include organization, ordering, and scheduling of the project events.
As the Construction Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with various team members to ensure smooth project execution. With your keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills, you will ensure that all construction activities align with the established timeline.
Responsibilities
• Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
• Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory.
• Review the work progress on daily basis.
• Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
• Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks.
• Ability to plan and see the “big picture.”
• Excellent time and project management skills
