Strat-style guitar neck, 22-frets with fingerboard overhang, unknown brand, maple w/no skunk stripe on back. Nut is well-slotted and ready to string. Nut width is 1-11/16" (43mm). Heel width is 2-1/4" (55mm). Nice figuring on headstock face, which has been refinished in past with Tru-oil. Finger board is a dark, figured wood (likely Pau Ferro...see photos for more detail). Frets are in good shape, medium size-height. Truss rod is intact. The neck is straight, no twist, substantial mass (the photos are subject to the camera lens size that slightly "fish-eyes" the image, but it is not bowed). I bought this on a kit guitar on consignment at the Sam Ash store that used to be on Blanding Blvd. I needed a different shape and fret size for my hands and playing style. This is a great neck for someone that likes this style.
$35.00 OBO. Local cash sale, as-is. Bill in Baymeadows.
