Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) is hiring reliable and hardworking individuals for Production and Warehouse positions at our Jacksonville Full-Line Plant.

Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently.
Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and production floor.
Inspect finished packaging for quality, accuracy, and proper labeling.
Assemble corrugated boxes and packaging materials according to customer specifications.
Perform routine equipment checks and assist with maintenance when needed.
Keep accurate production records and report equipment or material issues.
Follow all company safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas.
Assist in training new team members when required.
Collaborate with team leads and supervisors to meet daily production targets.
Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Basic math and measurement skills required.
Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or forklift experience preferred but not required — training provided.
Must have a valid photo ID (for security clearance before interview).
