I have a brand new in the box never been opened liftmaster 98022 Sidemount garage door opener. I'm selling this for around half the original cost because my contractor I worked with decided to go with a larger commercial size motor and a bigger door after we already bought this one. So that's how I'm able to sell something that cost me almost $700 for near half price I'd like to help someone out who would like one and can get it at this price. Plenty of pics to speak for itself.

Update i took it down for sale cause I thought I was gonna install it for a customer, but in the process, my kids wanted some cardboard for a project and decided they would tear into my opener box so one side of the box is now open and so it’s kinda like an open box but it’s still brand new. Everything‘s fine just an FYI. I van prove everything is new everything comes in plastic and with manufacture dates on it along with the manuals in warranty registration other than the box being a little tore open on one side it’s still a brand new opener that retails for almost $700 just to buy it
