About the Role
We’re hiring field-based Account Executive in Jacksonville, FL to drive in-store visibility, support merchandising, educate retail teams, and represent the brand at community events.
You’ll visit retail partners, coordinate with regional distributors, and create memorable consumer experiences that strengthen our presence across your territory.
Core Responsibilities
Retail Visits & Sell-In: Visit assigned wellness and lifestyle retailers; present product lines and promotions; coordinate orders with sales or distribution partners.
Merchandising & POS: Install and maintain displays, signage, shelf talkers, and QR materials; ensure planogram and pricing accuracy; submit photo proof.
Product Education: Train store staff on product benefits, brand story, and key selling points.
Events & Activations: Staff launch events, pop-ups, and local activations; distribute approved promotional items; engage customers and capture leads.
Lead Capture & Follow-Up: Log retailer contacts, meeting notes, and commitments; relay leads to the sales team; schedule return visits.
Reporting & KPIs: Submit weekly call reports, photos, and receipts; track visits, demos, and orders influenced.
Territory Planning: Map efficient routes, prioritize high-traffic accounts, and align with distribution schedules.
Content Support: Capture short, authentic photos or clips (with permissions) for social and internal marketing use.
Compliance & Professionalism: Follow company SOPs, local marketing regulations, and safety protocols at all times.
Required Qualifications
1–2+ years as Account Executive, Field Marketer, or Retail Specialist in wellness, lifestyle, beverage, or CPG categories.
Confident and professional when engaging retailers or training staff.
Merchandising experience; able to lift ~35 lbs.
Highly organized and reliable with strong communication skills.
Comfortable using Google Workspace, CRM apps, and smartphone tools.
Flexible schedule (some evenings/weekends).
Valid driver’s license, insured reliable vehicle.
Must be 21+ and eligible to work in Florida.
Preferred
Experience in premium lifestyle, wellness, or CPG field marketing.
Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus.
Familiarity with social-media best practices and FTC disclosure rules.
Success Metrics
Store coverage and visit completion.
Sell-through impact and reorder activity.
Merchandising quality (display compliance, photo logs).
Staff engagement and retailer satisfaction.
Event participation and lead generation.
Accurate, on-time reporting.
Compensation & Logistics
$17 – $25 per hour + performance bonuses (DOE).
Mileage, parking, and approved expenses reimbursed.
Paid travel for approved regional events.
