I’m converting some existing spaces and adding a few non-load-bearing walls and doors. Nothing crazy, but I want someone who actually knows what they’re doing and can help make sure everything comes out right.
I’ll be doing a lot of the work myself and will be there the whole time helping. I’m not expecting someone to do everything while I sit around. I’ll be hauling materials, holding drywall sheets, cleaning up, and helping wherever needed. I just need someone with experience who can lead the project and make sure things are done correctly.
The work will involve building several interior walls, creating a small hallway, hanging and finishing drywall, and installing a handful of interior doors. This would be a great fit for a retired contractor, experienced handyman, or small crew looking for some extra work.
I’m not looking for a big company with a lot of overhead or someone charging top-dollar remodeling rates. I’m looking for someone fair, dependable, and easy to work with.
