Need experienced framer (Jacksonville)

I have a shoring wall put up on both exterior walls so the roof doesn’t fall in. I need to reframe those exterior walls beithe bottom plate and top plate are rotted and it was 24 inches on Center need to change it to 16 inches on Center need to change out the ceiling joist one by one and probably be smart to do the exterior walls in 4 foot sections. 25 bucks an hour. Please tell me your experience and the tools you have thank you.

If you’re a company, and you can show me proof of insurance and that your LLC is active and you want to give me an estimate. I’m open to that as well.
