Must have truck and tools. Will pay $21 an hour, possibly more depending on how good things work out. I have to replace the bottom plate, some floor joist some need to be sistered,have to upgrade the ceiling joist/rafter ties from two by fours to 2 x 6 overlapping them 4 feet in the center on the loadbearing wall, which also needs to be replaced.. home has extensive rot and termite damage places already been gutted all the hard part of ripping the drywall out and insulation falling down on your face as you removed the ceiling has been finished. This is the easy part. The walls are 24 inches on Center will probably put new studs in the middle to make it 16 inches on Center hopefully the beams that the house is sitting on are not rotted.
Might have to replace some of the concrete peers/footers.

I have the tools would help if you do as well along with truck to haul materials.
