Looking for a reliable worker TODAY to meet the sheriff for a scheduled lockout at noon for one of my rental properties.
Duties include:
Meet sheriff at property
Change locks
Take clear photos/video and send to me
Help remove trash/debris
Start basic repairs to get unit rent-ready
Requirements:
Must have own truck
Must have own tools
Reliable, responsive, and able to work independently
Pay:
$20/hour
Potential for ongoing / long-term work for the right person
