We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Landscape Installation Laborer to join our team. This position focuses on landscape construction and installation projects rather than routine lawn maintenance. Candidates must have prior landscaping or outdoor construction experience and be comfortable performing physical labor outdoors.
Pay: $18–$22 per hour, depending on experience
Responsibilities:
Install plants, trees, shrubs, and sod
Assist with landscape bed preparation and grading
Install mulch, rock, and other landscape materials
Build landscape features such as retaining walls, paver patios, walkways, and drainage systems
Operate hand tools and basic landscaping equipment
Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment
Maintain a clean and safe job site
Requirements:
Previous landscape installation experience required
Experience with pavers, retaining walls, grading, drainage, or planting is a plus
Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift 50+ pounds regularly
Reliable transportation
Dependable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
