House that has been under construction for over a year needs full pool cleaning it has small trash and water about 25% full but need pool drained. Power washed and ready to be refilled.

We will be covering it after complete but just need it drained cleaned.

I have pumps you can use to drain if needed but you need to have all of your own other equipment.

Must be able to do the whole job.

No equipment is hooked up so it’s really
