About the Role:
We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Fertilization Spray Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for applying lawn care treatments—including fertilizers, weed control, and pest management products—with precision, safety, and care. You’ll work independently in the field, helping our clients achieve healthy, beautiful, and thriving landscapes.
This is a hands-on, active position ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in doing high-quality work.
Pay is weekly on Friday by direct deposit.
With fertilization/pest control experience: Start at $20-$23 per hour with an evaluation after 90 days for a pay increase.
Without experience: $18 per hour will train. This is a great opportunity for a lawn care employee looking to make a move up.
Key Responsibilities:
Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and insecticides according to state regulations and company guidelines.
Accurately diagnose lawn issues and determine appropriate treatment plans.
Operate and maintain spray equipment, spreaders, and company vehicles.
Maintain detailed service records for each property.
Provide friendly and professional customer service when interacting with clients.
Follow all safety procedures and ensure proper handling of chemicals.
Keep equipment clean, maintained, and ready for daily use.
Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. 25-year-old or older preferred for insurance reasons.
Previous experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance a must
Must be able to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay organized.
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Physically fit—able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks (walking, bending, loading/unloading, etc.).
