As a Mitigation Laborer, you will be part of the first response team—providing hands-on help to get homes back to clean, safe, and dry. We are primarily looking for someone who has a strong work ethic, integrity, and a desire to serve others, all while solving problems in physically demanding situations.

Responsibilities:

• Assess, document, and communicate the plan to get the home clean, dry, and safe
• Remove water and/or damaged materials from the home. Set up drying or dehumidifying equipment
• Clean and prepare the home for repairs
• Demolish affected areas as needed
• Communicate with homeowners and subcontractors

Pay:

$16–$18 per hour, based on experience.

Schedule:

Full-time, in-person position.
