We’re looking for a Fertilization & Spray Technician to join our professional lawn care team. If you take pride in your work, enjoy being outdoors, and want to grow with a reputable company that values quality and integrity, we want to hear from you. Enjoy working M-F, no weekends and year round full time hours. Overtime available during the busy season.
Hourly pay $18-$22 based on experience- you MUST have previous experience in this field for consideration.
Responsibilities:
Safely and accurately apply fertilizers, herbicides, and insect control treatments
Maintain detailed service records and communicate results with customers
Identify lawn and ornamental issues and recommend proper solutions
Operate and maintain spray equipment, vehicles, and tools
Deliver excellent customer service on every visit
Qualifications: Previous experience in Lawn Fertilization with a reputable company-at least 1 year- THIS IS A MUST
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Be able to identify common lawn issues and weeds ( brown patch fungus, chinch bugs, SWW, etc)
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Strong attention to detail and time management
Ability to obtain or currently hold a state-required applicator license
Must be able to lift 60+ pounds
Be able to work M-F starting at 7am
