This is a good fit for cleaners who already work independently and are looking to add more flat-rate jobs to their schedule.
What we’re looking for:
* Residential cleaning experience
* STR or vacation rental experience is a plus
* Strong attention to detail
* Reliable transportation
* Professional communication
* Ability to work independently
* Must have your own cleaning supplies and equipment
* Must be comfortable with standard cleans, deep cleans, laundry, bed making, and resetting the home for the next guest
* Must be able to submit a W-9
* Insurance/COI is preferred
About the work:
* Residential recurring and one-time cleanings
* Occasional deep cleans
* Short-term rental turnovers as available
* Flat-rate pay per property
* Rates vary based on property size, condition, and scope
* Opportunity for ongoing work as more clients are added
