Shapell's Inc is seeking a dependable handyman to join our team. This role involves a range of remodeling and maintenance tasks across our properties.
Key responsibilities include:
• Remodeling Duties:
o Painting
o Patching drywall
o Installing fencing
o Installing floors, doors, and windows
• Maintenance Duties:
o Basic electrical and plumbing repairs
o Ensuring interior and exterior structural components are safe and in good condition
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in electrical work or carpentry is a plus
• Strong communication skills for interacting with team members and customers
• Knowledge of basic handy skills, painting techniques, and remodeling processes
