Apartment maintenance technicians are responsible for general maintenance in the apartment community.
Will be responsible for make-readies, turns, and work orders.
Excellent customer service experience is required; you must have at least 1-year apartment maintenance experience.
Successful candidates will work to ensure the highest level of resident satisfaction at all times.
Electrical
Plumbing
Appliance
Repair
Painting and Dry Wall Repair
HVAC certification and experience are a plus but not required
