Hello! I'm looking for a small studio or small apartment (mother in-law suite) or sucluded room/area for my Mother. She is on a fixed income but recieves a steady pay check every month. We can provide a larger deposit to keep the monthly rent reasonable. Looking for something under $900/mo so she can live comfortably.
