buyer resides will apply. If purchasing for resale, valid FLORIDA resale
certificate must be shown and resale card must be completed and signed PRIOR
TO INVOICING. Out of state buyers will pay sales tax and will be reimbursed upon
presentation of signed bill of lading from common carrier showing merchandise
was taken out of state.
