Brand new. We bought this for our son when we moved into a new house. We did not, however, take the ceiling height in the new house into consideration. After two mornings of hitting his head on the ceiling when he woke up, he stopped sleeping in it. We paid $319 for it but at this point we just need it out of his room because it takes up a good bit of space. I've included all the specs and stuff from Wayfair, and a photo of it set up in the bedroom. Please buy it. Lol
