I am selling a fantastic, warm and welcoming dining table and chairs set.
The table is a stupendous round table with large sturdy claw feet. The center of this table has a solid granite Lazy Susan!
This really cool Lazy Susan is extremely high-quality. It spins very easily and smoothly. Made of all solid granite inlaid into the center of the table.
The table is in basically brand new condition. It has a few tiny little, blemishes in the top surface finish of the wood here and there, but you can barely even notice them at all.

This table comes with four beautiful chairs.
The chairs are very high-quality, solid and sturdy.
The upholstery of the chairs is a luxurious microfiber-suede.
The upholstery on a couple of the chairs does have a few very light stains that you can barely notice.

This table comes from a non-smoking home with no pets.
Similar table and chair sets that feature a lazy Susan are selling online from a price anywhere from $1,200-$2,500!
