The bedframe is an enormous, solid wood, French provincial country house design!
It has all the elegance of the French provincial style without being too, Gotti or ordinate.
Very simple and elegant.
The headboard is an enormous solid wood piece with a genuine leather front to it.
The leather has a little bit of discoloration on one side, but I believe that can be treated with a leather cleaner. I just haven’t bothered to touch it.
This is a very high-quality solid wood piece. The headboard alone weighs about 175 pounds!

The bedframe does not come with a mattress or box springs, but there is an option for you to purchase a king size mattress and box springs for $150 extra

This is a very sturdy bed. The rails have built-in metal hooks that fastened to the headboard and footboard.
So you don’t have to use any hardware to put this together!

The king size mattress is very soft and cushy. It’s not really firm at all.
