I stack these cabinets onto small roller dollies that I bought at Northern Tool. When on the dolly, a stack of 8 drawer units can be easily rolled around as needed.
I find these cabinets are the deal size for storing my assortments of nails, screws, nuts, & bolts. The boxes of hardware typically sold in the big box stores, fit neatly in the drawers. Alternately, I found that U-Line sells small cardboard boxes which fit into the drawers as well. (Called Rice Boxes). It seems the drawers are perfect for storing pipe fittings, batteries, small tools, screwdrivers, socket sets, and so much more. I now have sorted, segregated, and organized nearly all of the small parts I have collected for my antique cars into one easy to find place. I have never had a better system for keeping my workshop and garage more organized than now. Try it you will like it. Sold by a single unit of 2 drawers. You pick them up.
